Sea Workforce Manila Corporation was established on August 14, 1992 in Manila, acting as ship's manning agent.  SWMC currently enjoys the confidence of its clients for the supply of competent seafarers, serving on board various type of vessels, worldwide.  

As a manifestation of commitment to quality and continuous improvement, SWMC is engaged to apply all requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 Standard.  Our goal is to consistently provide services that meet customer requirement and aims to enhance customer satisfaction through continual improvement of the system.
